Ritual Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in your deposit being forfeited as a late cancellation fee.
Deposits & No-Shows
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every booking. This will be deducted from your final total on the day of your appointment. In the event of a no-show, the full remaining balance of the service will be charged via our booking system to compensate for lost time.
Arrival & Grace Period
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive beyond this time, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust your service to ensure we remain on schedule for following guests. Full service charges still apply.
Studio Etiquette
Studio Pallesen is a private, home-based space. For safety and the relaxation of all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests, unless agreed prior to appointment. Please arrive with bare nails unless removal has been pre-booked.
